Limitations on the Size of the Embroidery on the Polo Shirt Sleeve

We get get many orders where corporate companies want text or logo on the sleeve so we thought we cover some points in this section to make customers better understand the limitations of embroidery on the sleeve area.

Many companies in the London area who always want to have some kind of logo on the sleeve. The limitations associated with embroidered designs on the sleeve is that many artworks include text which are too small. These text within the design are often scaled incorrectly and results in ineligible text and artworks since in embroidery we are working with threads which need a certain stitch density to ensure the text is more clear when embroidered. The is largely because the canvas size on the sleeve is not big enough on the sleeves of shirts. This leads to customers making the artwork smaller. However, this doesn't solve the problem because the artwork is not visible from afar.

To ensure that the text is visible, the height of the text should be at least 0.50 cm tall. It's important for customers to keep that in mind to determine the best results.
