With the release of the new Star Wars film less than two months away, designers are creating clothing for the film as opposed to the film orientated hoodies seen previously.
The designers have taken a humorous approach to this and have created hoodies with a funny twists. The new designers have implicated popular pop-culture films and genres into the designs. By doing this, fans can have a funny image of Star Wars printed on the hoodie.
One that we quite liked is the artwork of Darth Vader taking a selfie with a Stormtrooper in front of the Eifel Tower. This is a great example of how artists can alter the approach of designer clothes.
Darth Vader is the Sith Lord and the Stormtrooper is the soldier of the Galactic Empire, however here they have been portrayed as comical characters having a laugh straying away from the more sinister side the film depicts them to be.
There have been lots of spin-offs where the classic Darth and Trooper are also taking selfies in Egypt near the pyramids or in Hollywood.
